What is the Fit 5 Program?

Athletes want to perform their best at every competition. You can do this by being fit. Fit 5 is a plan for physical activity, nutrition, and hydration. It can improve your health and fitness to make you the best athlete you can be.

What is the #SONMFit5 Challenge?

The #SONMFit5 Challenge begins Monday, March 30th. It is a digital 6 week challenge hosted on Facebook, created for SONM athletes and their families to participate in the Fit 5 Program. Join the challenge!

What are the goals of Fit 5?

  1. Exercise 5 days a week.
  2. Eat 5 total fruits and vegetables each day.
  3. Drink 5 bottles of water every day.

1. Join our Facebook Group for updates, tips, accountability, and support to reach your goals.

2. Download the #SONMFit5 Tracker and print it out to track your progress. *We are working on a digital pdf tracker as well.
