B Volunteer Form

B Volunteer/Interest Online Form

  • This form, including the Authorization and Release for a criminal background check, must be completed prior to participation by all persons 18 years or older who wish to volunteer for Special Olympics New Mexico. Volunteer positions include, but are not limited to, event volunteers (B-Level), coaches, chaperones, mentors, local coordinators, heads of delegation, overnight hosts, Unified partners, drivers and/or positions that otherwise result in a manner of regular close contact with Special Olympics athletes which include most Local Program Volunteers.

  • I would like volunteer information for:

    Sport Volunteers include coaches, assistant coaches, Unified partners (who train and compete alongside Special Olympics athletes in Unified Sports), and chaperones. Acceptance into a Sport Volunteer role depends on availability, open roles within the program, and completion of training requirements.

  • I grant Special Olympics New Mexico permission to use my likeness, voice and words in television, radio, film or any form to promote activities of Special Olympics.
