State Games Sponsorships
It takes tremendous support to put on each of our State Games (statewide competitions). We have many sponsorship opportunities at each State Games–from in-kind food donations for our Special Olympics athlete competitors, all the way up to the Presenting Sponsor level–we have a spot for your company and your employees!
State Games sponsors also have the opportunity for their employees to volunteer at specific Corporate Sponsor Volunteer venues during select State Games. It’s an opportunity you will cherish!

Other Sponsorship Opportunities
Law Enforcement Torch Run®
The Law Enforcement Torch Run® (LETR) is the largest grass-roots fundraiser and public awareness vehicle for Special Olympics. It is a year-round fundraising initiative that supports Special Olympics athletes and their families by raising awareness and generating revenue. Law Enforcement Torch Run is a revenue-share fundraising organization. Local Special Olympics programs receive one half of the dollars raised by law enforcement officers in the communities where those officers reside. Contact us for more information.
We put on two Special Events annually to raise funds directly for Special Olympics New Mexico. The Golf Classic Tournament is typically held during the summer and the Posole Ole Fun Walk is held in December each year. Contact Brittany Scanlon to learn more.
Special Olympics Health
Healthy Athletes – Special Olympics New Mexico Healthy Athletes is a program designed to help Special Olympics athletes improve their health and fitness. Athletes receive a variety of health screenings (i.e. dental screenings, audiology testing, eye exams, physical therapy and podiatry screenings) through clinics conducted by volunteer health professionals during Special Olympics New Mexico State Competitions. All health screenings, eye glasses, oral health tools, etc. are provided to Special Olympics New Mexico athletes at no charge.
