We are going back to the basics for this challenge, focusing on Fit 5 and Strong Minds. For this 6 week challenge we will use the SO FitNow app to track our daily Exercise, Water, Nutrition, and Strong Minds Exercises. The challenge will start off slow so everyone will be able to learn about tracking healthy behaviors and how to reach your health goals!
